Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder, 28% Fat-24% Protein
Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder is obtained through spray drying liquid skim milk concentrate emulsion with properly selected vegetable fat and emulsifier E 481 (Sodiumstearoyl-2-lactylate). To assure good solubility, the powder is injected with lecithin during dry process. This is widely used as a substitute for fresh milk.
Ingredients: Skim milk, refined palm oil, E481 emulsifier and lecithin.

Storage: Product must be stored at < 25ºC temperature and < 75% humidity.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of production under the aforementioned storage conditions.
